Profile & Subscription
Manage your account, personal information, and subscription plan from the profile settings.
Managing your profile
Section titled “Managing your profile”Access your profile by clicking your name in the top-right corner and selecting “Profile”.
What you can do:
Section titled “What you can do:”- Update personal details — Change your name, email address, and phone number
- Change your password — Set a new password for your account
- Billing address — Add or update your billing information (address, company name, VAT number)
- Phone verification — Verify your phone number to unlock AI processing and the AI Assistant
- Delete your account — Permanently remove your account and all associated data
Subscription plans
Section titled “Subscription plans”Batcher.ai offers several plans to suit different levels of usage. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section.

All plans include access to the free built-in AI model. To use premium providers (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.), add your own API keys in AI Providers & Configuration.
Billing and payments
Section titled “Billing and payments”Payment methods
Section titled “Payment methods”Add a credit card or other payment method from the Billing section. You can:
- Add or remove payment methods
- Set a default payment method
- Update billing address
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”All past invoices are available for download from the billing page. Each invoice includes order details, payment status, and receipt.
Token usage
Section titled “Token usage”Monitor your usage from the Usage section:
- Daily usage — See how many requests you have made today and your remaining quota
- Usage history — Track usage over time (by day, week, month)
- Per-spreadsheet usage — See which spreadsheets consumed the most tokens
- Export — Download usage data for your records
Your daily quota resets at midnight. The dashboard shows a visual indicator of your current usage percentage.
Redeem tokens
Section titled “Redeem tokens”If you have received a token code (from a promotion, event, or referral), redeem it from the Tokens section in your profile. Enter the code to apply credits to your account.
Affiliate program
Section titled “Affiliate program”Batcher.ai offers an affiliate program. From the Affiliate section you can:
- Get your unique referral link
- Track referral statistics and conversions
- View commission history
- Set up payout details (bank transfer or PayPal)
- Request payouts when your balance is sufficient
