Do I need to know how to code?
No. Batcher uses a spreadsheet interface. If you can use Excel or Google Sheets, you can use Batcher. The AI assistant builds workflows from plain language descriptions - just tell it what you need.
Will Google penalize AI-generated content?
Google penalizes thin, unhelpful content - not AI-generated content per se. Batcher helps you produce unique, structured, enriched descriptions at scale. Each output is different because it's based on your actual product data. The sliding memory feature ensures no two descriptions in the same batch are repetitive.
How much does it cost?
Batcher has a free plan to get started. Paid plans start at 19€/month. You bring your own API keys for premium AI models - Batcher doesn't mark up AI costs. A free built-in model is included with every plan.
Is my data secure?
Your data is processed through the AI providers you choose. You can use local models via Ollama or vLLM for full data privacy - nothing leaves your network. Batcher doesn't store your data longer than necessary for processing.
What if the AI makes things up?
Batcher lets you test on 3 rows before scaling, so you validate output quality before committing. You can also chain Perplexity or Jina to ground AI outputs in real web data - reducing hallucination. Every result is visible in the table for review before export.
How is this different from n8n, Make, or a custom script?
Automation tools like n8n or Make are great for event-driven workflows, but they're not designed for bulk data processing. Batcher is a spreadsheet - you see every row, every result, every intermediate step. No nodes to wire up, no JSON to parse. And unlike a Python script, anyone on your team can use it.
Can I use Batcher for things other than e-commerce?
Absolutely. Batcher works with any CSV. B2B data validation, translation, classification, content generation, lead enrichment, document processing - if your task involves processing rows of data with AI, Batcher handles it.
What AI models are supported?
Batcher supports 40+ AI providers: OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), Perplexity, DeepSeek, Mistral, Groq, Together AI, Hugging Face, and more. You can also connect local models via Ollama or vLLM for full data privacy. A free built-in model is included with every plan. You bring your own API keys for premium models - Batcher doesn't mark up AI costs.
Can I use Batcher with my Shopify / Magento / PrestaShop store?
Yes. Export your product catalog as CSV from your CMS, import it into Batcher, enrich it with AI, and re-import the results. Batcher works with any CSV - it's CMS-agnostic. Direct CMS integrations are on the roadmap.
How long does processing take?
It depends on your dataset size and the AI models you choose, but Batcher processes in parallel - thousands of rows run simultaneously. Typical benchmarks: 1,000 product descriptions in under 2 hours. 9,100 metadata sets in a single session. Processing speed also depends on your subscription plan's concurrency level.
