To help us resolve your issue quickly, include the following in your message:

  • Description — A clear explanation of the problem or question
  • Steps to reproduce — What you did before the issue occurred
  • Timestamps — When the issue happened, including your timezone
  • Screenshots or screen recordings — Visual aids that illustrate the problem
  • Spreadsheet details — Which spreadsheet and which cells/formulas are affected

Please do not include sensitive personal data or API keys in your support requests.


  • Check that your phone number is verified (required for AI processing)
  • Verify your daily quota has not been exceeded (see Profile & Subscription)
  • Make sure the formula syntax is correct: =LLM(prompt, "config_name")
  • Verify your API key is valid and has available credits with the provider
  • Check the model name matches what the provider supports
  • Try the "default" configuration to rule out API key issues
  • Large datasets take time — check the progress indicator for estimated completion
  • Consider using level-by-level processing for multi-step workflows
  • Your subscription plan affects the number of concurrent requests
  • Verify your phone number is verified
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Check your internet connection — the assistant uses streaming responses
